    REASON FOR APPEAL AND ARGUMENT FOR NOT IMPOSING OR WAIVER OF FINE OR POTENTIAL FINE OR WHY NON-COMPLIANCE NOTICE NOT FACTUALLY CORRECT.  IF YOUR NOTICE OF NON-COMPLIANCE IS THE RESULT OF NON COMPLIANCE WITH ARC GUIDELINES, INCLUDE IN YOUR REASON FOR APPEAL, THE ANSWER TO THE FOLLOWING QUESTION:  DID YOU FILE AN ARC REQUEST FOR WHAT YOU DID?  YES __ OR NO ___.  EVEN IF THE BOARD DETERMINES NOT TO ENFORCE, FAILURE TO FILE THE REQUEST MAY RESULT IN A FINE. USE AND ATTACHMENT IF NEEDED.

    This Notice of Appeal will be provided to the Board of Directors for The Villas of Asbury Homeowners
    Association, Inc. and a hearing, if necessary, will be set for your appearance with the Board or those delegated by the Board to hear the appeal.  You will be notified of the appeal date, its location (normally the Clubhouse), and failure to appear is agreement to  your non- compliance with procedures and any fines imposed.
