Architectural Review Committee (ARC) Request 


NO ACTION should be taken by homeowner until decision has been communicated.
I agree, this request must be approved by the HOA Board of Directors ("Board") before the above approved changes are installed.  If the requests or additions are approved by the Board, it will be my responsibility as the property owner to maintain, replace, and repair any damage caused by these improvements, as necessary. I agree that the HOA Master Insurance coverage does not apply to these improvements and that they may be added to the individual homeowners' H06 policy.
