Olathe Trash/Recycle/Yardwaste Schedule
Are you needing Bulk Pick-up from the City of Olathe? If yes, please contact our property manager to schedule the pickup with the City of Olathe. The property manager will invoice residents directly.
Starting January 1st, 2026 as adopted in the updated "Payment Policy":
Bulk Trash pickups will be scheduled with the City of Olathe by the property manager. For a pickup on the scheduled trash day, which results in a lower fee than a pickup on nonscheduled trash days, the property manager shall be given three (3) business days’ notice to schedule. For example, if scheduled for a Tuesday, a request for pickup shall be made by the close of business on Wednesday of the prior week.) The person requesting the pickup shall be assessed the projected fee under the City of Olathe fee schedule at the time of the request.

DRYER VENTS: The home owner is responsible to have dryer vents cleaned and inspected annually. Please be a responsible owner and take care of this important safety issue.
BASEMENT EGRESS: The home owner is responsible to clean leaves and debris from the bottom of the basement egress floor to prevent drains from clogging. Please be a responsible owner and help to prevent your unit from flooding.
