What is an ARC Form (Architectural Request Form), and why would I need one?
The Architecture Committee (ARC) is composed of residents who serve the community providing guidance to homeowners regarding any changes to the exterior or interior that may change the look of the unit. Architecture Request Forms are forms submitted for any changes you wish to make to your unit that may change the look from the outside or in the landscaping area. These forms are to be submitted to the ARC before proceeding with any changes. See forms below.
